Anyone aged 18 or over and living in the EU can join our Ambassador Program for free! It is a plus If you’re passionate about the jewelry industry and believe our pieces hold special meaning for all women!
How do I get paid my commissions?
During the sign-up process, you'll need to fill out the form and provide your IBAN bank account number where you'd like to receive your commission payments.
When are commission payments issued?
We know how important it is for our ambassadors to receive their commissions on time. According to our return policy, customers have 30 days to return a product if they wish. If no return is made within this period, the sale will be confirmed, and the commission will be paid to the ambassador the following day. Plus, there's no minimum value required to earn your commission.
When will I be notified if my promo code and link is valid?
After registering for our Ambassador Program, you'll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your application. Once we’ve reviewed the information you provided, you will get another email confirming your enrollment, and you'll be able to start using your promo codes and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to review your submission.
Important Note: Promo codes containing content that is racist, religious, ethnic, LGBTQIA2S+, or otherwise deemed inappropriate are not allowed.

Can I use my promo code or link for my own purchases?
Yes, you can use your promo code or links, but only after completing at least one sale. This procedure is important to confirm your genuine interest in joining the Ambassador Program, rather than just using it for the 15% discount. Although, keep in mind that by using your promo code or links you won’t receive a commission on your purchase. Additionally, we track IP addresses, so any purchases made from your IP address will be flagged, and you will not earn commissions on these transactions.
How do commissions work with the recurrence of purchases by your customers?
When a customer applies a discount code (coupon) from an ambassador, an engaging opportunity arises. Not only will the ambassador receive the commission for that sale, but a recurring relationship will also be established between the two, creating a mutually beneficial partnership. As a result, the ambassador will also receive commissions on all future purchases made by that customer. If the customer already has a relationship with another ambassador at the time of using the coupon, the ambassador associated with the coupon will not receive any commission. Instead, the original ambassador will continue to receive the commission on all purchases made by that customer.
How should I share my promo code or link?
We encourage you to be creative, but here are some tips:
- Share your promo code or link in your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media bios/descriptions;
- Make posts and stories about it;
- Talk about the brand to your friends, family, and followers on your social media;
- Share our social media content and reference your promo code or link;
- Explain how people can use your promo code or link;
- If you have a blog, you can take advantage of it and share it on your blog;
- If you’re in groups or forums, you can share your promo code or link with those groups;
- You are encouraged to use our library available on the ambassador platform to create advertisements on the internet. Please be aware that only images provided within the ambassador platform are permitted for advertising purposes; the use of any other images is not allowed.

When a customer uses your promo code or link to make a purchase, you’ll get an email notification about the sale. Log in to your ambassador account to track your sales and see your commissions. It’s always rewarding to see your hard work paying off!

No, promo codes and referral links cannot be used during a sales campaign.

- A promo code is an alphanumeric code you give to your customers. They need to enter this code manually during checkout to get the discount. This means customers need to remember the code when making their purchase, which can be a bit more effort for them.
- On the other hand, referral links automatically apply the discount and direct customers to any page on our website. Additionally, with referral links, you benefit from a cookie tracking period, as long as the customer accepts our cookie policy. This means if a customer doesn’t make a purchase right away but returns to the site and buys something within 30 days, you’ll still earn a commission on that sale.

Cookies from your referral link will stay active for 30 days. If a customer clicks your link and doesn’t make a purchase right away, you’ll still receive a commission if they complete a purchase within 30 days from their initial visit. Keep in mind that the customer must agree to the cookie policy terms.
What are the potential reasons for not receiving commission payments?
Here are some reasons why commission payments might be denied:
- Customers have 30 days after receiving their item to return it according to our return policy. During this return period, the commission will not be paid. Additionally, if the item is returned, the commission becomes null and void;
- Commissions will not be granted if promo codes or referral links are used for personal purchases;
- If you violate the rules and terms of the Ambassador Program.
