- Try to open and close the earring again. If it still doesn't work smoothly, adjust the bend slightly more until you find the optimal position where the earring can snap in and out easily.

What is the Ambassador Program?
The Ambassador Program is a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about our jewelry and want to share their enthusiasm with others. As an ambassador, you will receive a personalized promo code and referral links that offer a 15% discount to your customers on their purchases. In return, you’ll earn a 10% commission on the total value of each sale made through your code or links.
Who can register for the Ambassador Program?
Anyone aged 18 or over and living in the EU can join our Ambassador Program for free! It is a plus If you’re passionate about the jewelry industry and believe our pieces hold special meaning for all women!
How do I get paid my commissions?
During the sign-up process, you'll need to fill out the form and provide your IBAN bank account number where you'd like to receive your commission payments.
When are commission payments issued?
We know how important it is for our ambassadors to receive their commissions on time. According to our return policy, customers have 30 days to return a product if they wish. If no return is made within this period, the sale will be confirmed, and the commission will be paid to the ambassador the following day. Plus, there's no minimum value required to earn your commission.
When will I be notified if my promo code and link is valid?
After registering for our Ambassador Program, you'll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your application. Once we’ve reviewed the information you provided, you will get another email confirming your enrollment, and you'll be able to start using your promo codes and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to review your submission.

How do commissions work with the recurrence of purchases by your customers?
When a customer applies a discount code (coupon) from an ambassador, an engaging opportunity arises. Not only will the ambassador receive the commission for that sale, but a recurring relationship will also be established between the two, creating a mutually beneficial partnership. As a result, the ambassador will also receive commissions on all future purchases made by that customer. If the customer already has a relationship with another ambassador at the time of using the coupon, the ambassador associated with the coupon will not receive any commission. Instead, the original ambassador will continue to receive the commission on all purchases made by that customer.
